Please note the following important information:
1. Pick-up facility is exclusively available for booking entire vehicles or buses, and seat reservations are not an option. Therefore, you have the option to reserve a bus for your group.
While we want to emphasize that our selected agent is highly reliable, we must also clarify that the Yatra Committee holds no responsibility for any payment or delay-related issues. This message has been communicated to our bus agent as well. In a previous Yatra, there was an incident where some devotees occupied seats on a bus that had been reserved for an entire group. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the devotee who booked the bus or vehicle to handle any related issues.
2. Additionally, it's worth noting that parallel transport options are available in Bhubaneswar. Devotees can opt for state transport buses or utilize taxi services, including private services such as Ola and Uber. These alternatives offer flexibility for those who may prefer different transportation arrangements.
3. For inquiries related to the Booking Deadline, Payment, Meeting Point, Cancellation Policy, and any additional information, you need to reach out directly to the bus agent.
4. The Agent does not provide pick-up services from any station other than Bhubaneswar Railway Station or Bhubaneswar Airport.
5. As for the drop facility after the yatra, the Karthik Yatra Committee will furnish separate details about the available options during the Karthik Yatra period.
